Delivery Times
Deliveries will be made between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday excluding bank holidays. We offer same day delivery on orders placed online before 1pm. After this time same day delivery may be available if you place your order by telephone. Please call us on 01273 608077.
Delivery Charges
What if the recipient is not at home?
If the recipient is not at home we will either:

Leave the flowers in a secure location as agreed with the customer. |

2. |
Leave the flowers with a neighbour |
|
3. |
Return the flowers to our shop leaving a card informing the recipient of the location of their flowers and how to arrange collection or redelivery. |
